The Solanet group specializes in real estate in Paris as well as major agricultural and forest areas. However we regularly work on other real estate issues.

The real estate is mainly concentrated in central Paris and the inner suburbs (Neuilly , Boulogne, Levallois- Perret, etc... ) . Surfaces vary from studios to family apartments or townhouses in desirable areas.

The properties are, for the most part, Castles and Mansions in a 300 km radius around Paris. Our clients, both French and foreign, seek homes in secluded areas, in the heart of a parkland or a larger estate, in order to enjoy peace and tranquility. We are very active in the Oise , Seine et Marne and Sologne regions where many customers trust us with their properties.

For over 60 years we have also been involved in the selling or management of:

• Agricultural land , often located around the Île de France region (Seine -et-Marne , Val -d'Oise , Yvelines, Oise,...)
• French forests, including tax benefits and the economic aspect that are of particular interest to private clients for asset transmission as well as the issues surround wealth tax (ISF), but also for the pleasure that this type of property provides.
• Development opportunities in and around Paris.

Since 1947, our business has led us to sell over 100,000 hectares, of both forest and agricultural land. We currently manage over 6,000 hectares.

Our consulting activity leads us to consider all aspects of real estate (constructability, management...) to provide the best solutions in the medium and long term.
