History

The Solanet group was founded in 1947 by Max Solanet . It is now run by his sons Jean and Olivier, in charge respectively of the Paris (Solanet SAS and Solanet Hotel Management) and Brussels ( Sobelle SA , a Belgian subsidiary created in 1990) offices. It targets both foreign and French private customers, as well as many organizations and institutions.

Originally created as an asset management firm, it has developed around three major pillars that are: real estate, hotels and consulting. It now operates in various sectors, with particular expertise in real estate, asset management, rental management, estate transactions and luxury properties, property management, sale of forests and agricultural lands, as well as hotels, an area in which Solanet has been active for over thirty years, notably working with the Envergure group later to be known as Louvre Hotels.

A team of professional staff loyal to the company allows the group to focus on an impeccable quality of service, as part of a highly personalized relationship with each client and with the utmost confidentiality.
