The Solanet group has had a subsidiary in Belgium (Sobelle SA) for over 20 years. It is directed by Olivier Solanet and his team, based in Brussels. It operates primarily in real estate both for Belgian, French and foreign clientele (see website Sobelle SA - link).

As part of its asset management service, the Solanet group advises its customers and investors in their asset diversification. In recent years, we have invested primarily in Canada, Germany, Belgium and the United States.

Investments are targeted towards areas where we have proven expertise (real estate, hotels and forests) allowing our clients to diversify their assets on different international markets balancing their overall risk.
