Property management mainly concerns properties of families for who Solanet manages the general assets, entire buildings or condominium lots , but also for French and foreign clients for which we ensure the management and advise on how to enhance the profitability and sustainability of their real estate.

The rental management service currently manages approximately 1,000 condominium lots. Management of land and forests, historically the main activity of the company, is more limited today to about 6,000 hectares
